Aviso Legal Comunicaciones Comerciales
En cumplimiento con lo dispuesto en la legislación que regula las comunicaciones comerciales, mediante la aceptación de esta cláusula el Usuario autoriza expresamente a YOHKON a remitirle comunicaciones comerciales, promociones o publicitarias por correo electrónico o cualquier otro medio de comunicación electrónico equivalente a la dirección de correo electrónico que nos proporcione a tal efecto.
Las comunicaciones realizadas por vía electrónica serán claramente identificables indicando a su vez la persona física o jurídica que las lleve a cabo.
Si el Usuario del Sitio Web no desea recibir dichas comunicaciones comerciales, publicitarias o promocionales, cualquiera que sea el canal utilizado a tal efecto, puede comunicar su decisión a través de la dirección de correo electrónico baja@yohkon.com escribiendo en el asunto NO DESEO RECIBIR MÁS INFORMACIÓN DE YOHKON.
Destacar que su aceptación para que se remita información comercial tiene siempre carácter revocable y los efectos derivados del mismo tiene efectos retroactivos tal y como exige la Ley.
Legal Notice on Commercial Communications
In compliance with the provisions of legislation governing commercial communications, by accepting this clause the User expressly authorizes YOHKON to send commercial, promotional or advertising communications by e-mail or by another other equivalent means of electronic communication to the e-mail address provided for this purpose.
Electronic communications shall be clearly identifiable, indicating the issuing individual or legal entity.
Should the Web Site User not wish to receive said commercial, promotional or advertising communications, by which ever means, he/she may report this decision, free of charge, to the following e-mail address: baja@yohkon.com including the phrase "I DO NOT WISH TO RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM YOHKON" in the subject field.
Please note that your acceptance authorising the issue of commercial information is revocable with retroactive effects as required by Law.
